I’m Susan and GPBC has been my church family for over 32 years. I was born and raised right here in the city, and I love so many things about Portland! Portland’s identity and culture
In 1977, I married my high school sweetheart, and we have three amazing children and four grandchildren. I’m a social worker, so people and families are where I love to invest my time. I love to be able to be helpful when people have needs, both within our church and in my job.
I am thankful that Jesus got a hold of my life many years ago and it is He that leads me each and every day. It’s been fun, scary, confusing, and fulfilling to trust Him, but I know He loves me and constantly surprises me with His plans for me!
Hobbies: Anything that includes my family and playing with my grandchildren; being outdoors which includes a bit of gardening, camping, and traveling.
